The floors are covered with single-strip oak parquet.

The baseboards are painted in the same colour as the walls.

The walls are painted with Tikkurila shade F497. The paint is also applied to the filled plasterboards.

The ceilings of the rooms are covered with white painted panels, and the joints are finished with white mastic. The hallways and bathrooms have suspended ceilings.

The interior doors of the rooms are covered with smooth oak veneer and/or white paint. The rooms have no doorsills. The doors of the toilets and bathrooms, however, are equipped with ventilated oak doorsills.

The exterior doors of all apartments of Koidu Kodu are fireproof, wooden security doors which are equipped with reliable Valnes or Abloy locking systems.

The floors and walls are covered either with 600×600 mm Margres ceramic tiles, in the shade of Underground Silver, or 300 × 600 mm Love Ceramics ceramic tiles in the shade of Nest Grey.

The ceiling is covered with moisture-proof plasterboard which is filled and painted with a paint suitable for moist environments.

Recessed lights are installed in the ceilings of the bathrooms.

The apartments which include bathtubs are equipped with Balteco Forma 1700 × 750 × 450 mm bathtubs.

The sanitary installations combine 500 × 420 mm Villeroy & Boch Memento basins with Hansgrohe mixer taps and are attached to the walls. The toilet bowls are Villeroy & Boch’s Architektura with chromed flush plates.

The apartments which include a sauna have sauna platforms of thermally-treated aspen boards and the walls and ceilings are of thermal aspen slips. Based on the standard solution, the sauna floors are covered with 60 × 60 cm ceramic tiles. The electric heaters for the saunas are manufactured by Harvia and are suitable for the size of the steam room.
