Constrcution Details

Koidu Kodu is a two-building complex which was designed and constructed based on solutions that are not only functional today but will remain modern even years from now. Koidu Kodu meets the standards for low-energy buildings (class B).

The heat supply comes in the form of district heating, which will keep utility costs low in the winter season.

Heating is provided in the form of underfloor water or electric heating which can be adjusted for individual rooms and to suit the user’s preferences.

The ventilation system is a mechanical bidirectional ventilation unit.

The water and sewerage system is organized in the form of centralized hot and cold domestic water system and circulation.

High voltage cabling is provided throughout the development, and switches and sockets have been installed.

The low voltage cabling leaves the purchaser free to subscribe to the services of any communication services provider. The apartments are also equipped with a centralized door intercom system.

The security system is based on a wireless solution. All apartments can be equipped with the required power and communication cables for a control panel for an alarm system. However, the prices of the apartments do not include the costs of delivery, installation, or subscription to a security service.

The windows of Koidu Kodu are triple glazing assembly wood-aluminium windows.

The five-storey building is equipped with two lifts which also serve the underground car park.

The walls of the outer corridor are finished and painted.

The developer reserves the right to replace the materials and fittings described above with equivalent or better solutions.
