Koidu Kodu will be completed in the autumn of 2018 on the corner of Koidu Street and Planeedi Street. The new development consists of two buildings and includes both apartments and commercial premises with well-planned layouts and low utility costs to the green Uus Maailm. The premises have a class B energy rating, low fixed costs, and are located in a secure building with a closed courtyard. The neighbourhood is peaceful and just a stone’s throw away from the city.
The Kristiine shopping centre, which is home to 170 shops, is just 10 minutes away. However, bread, milk, and fresh meat can be bought every day from the Tüdrukute butcher shop, located behind Koidu Kodu. The closest park is across the road, there are plenty of opportunities for sports activities, and bus and tram stops are no more than a five minute walk away. There are several schools and kindergartens in the area, and the city centre and old town are a short walk away.
In addition to the good location and the pleasant community of Uus Maailm, Koidu Kodu is also characterized by great functionality and a high quality of finish and construction.
